WINTER VOLUME BLITZ CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This trading challenge (“Contest”) includes a registration period and a competition period.

   1. Registration Period: 18th December 2025 – 13th January 2026

   2. Campaign (Trading) Period: 22nd December 2025 – 20th January 2026

2. This trading challenge is open to all new and existing clients of VT Markets in the following countries.

   Eligible Country

   MENA Region (Algeria, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Bahrain, Eritrea, Djibouti, Qatar, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Tunisia, Turkey, Syria, Armenia, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Chad, Palestine), India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia

3. Clients must open a new live trading account and opt in during the Registration Period. This offer does not apply to “demo” accounts.

4. By participating in the contest, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ general Terms and Conditions.

5. Only the following live account types, STP, ECN, Cent, and CopyTrading are eligible to participate in this trading challenge.

6. Both MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms are supported for this trading challenge.

7. To qualify for participate in the Contest, clients must:

   1. *Opt-in to the Contest via the VT Markets client portal during the registration period by 13th January 2026.
      
      (*New clients must complete their registration with VT Markets and obtain KYC approval before opting in.)
      

   2. Open a new live STP / ECN / Cent live trading account (“Contest Account”) during the Contest Period. Trades in other account types will not be counted.

   3. Make a fresh deposit of $300.00 (or currency equivalent) into the new Contest Account. This deposit must be made in a single transaction and directly from an external funding source (e.g., bank transfer, card payment, or supported e-wallet).

8. Internal transfers from other trading accounts within the same client profile, cash adjustments, rebates, bonuses, or promotional credits are count as not qualifying deposits.

9. A participant’s trading performance will only be tracked and counted towards after meeting the mandatory requirement stated on clause 7.

10. In the event of deposit is executed during the campaign period, only trades executed after the date and time of that minimum deposit will be included in the calculation of the total trading volume. Trades executed prior to meeting the deposit requirement will be disregarded for ranking purposes.

11. Only closed trades of FX, Metal (XPDUSD), Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD), Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD), and Bitcoin (BTCUSD) made during the offer period will be counted towards as valid trade.

12. All participants must trade using their designated opt-in Contest account during the campaign period.

13. Participants will compete for a total prize pool valued at $38,000.00.

14. Accumulated trading volume will be used as ranking metric to determine the winners of this contest.

    1. 1. Qualified participants will be ranked based exclusively on their total trading volume accumulated throughout the Campaign Period.

    2. 2. Only top 10 participants with the highest trading volume will be included in the daily ranking table available at client portal.

    3. 3. The total prize pool for this trading challenge is $38,000, to be awarded in cash credit to winners’ trading account.

    4. 4. The prize pool will be shared exclusively among the top 50 qualifying participants (appendix 1) as determined by the highest accumulated trading volume.

15. To be considered a valid trade for volume calculation, each trade execution must adhere the following from the time of execution.

    1. 1. A minimum 3 minutes holding period. Any trade closed prior to this 3-minute minimum holding period will be automatically excluded from the participant’s total volume calculation.

    2. 2. Each executed trade must have a minimum notional value (volume x contract size) of at least $20,000 (or currency equivalent). Any trade executed less than the minimum notional value will be automatically disregarded and will not contribute as a valid trading volume to the participant’s total accumulated volume ranking.

16. Subsequent deposits of any amount can be made at any time throughout the campaign period to boost higher capital for bigger trading volume.

17. Withdrawal and transfer of principal and profit from contest account is restricted during the entire campaign period to maintain tracking performance and accuracy.

18. VT Markets will announce the final list of winners within 10 working days after the ending of the campaign.

19. Prizes will be credited to the winners’ VT Markets trading accounts within 15 working days after the official winner announcement.

20. All cash prizes are fully withdrawable and transferable once credited. Winners may choose to use the cash prize as trading capital or withdraw it at their discretion.

21. All withdrawals are subject to the VT Market’s standard bonus terms and conditions.

22. VT Markets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participants who:

    1. 1. Violates any of these Terms or the Client Agreement.

    2. 2. Provides false or misleading registration information.

    3. 3. Engages in any suspicious trading behaviour, fraudulent activity, or market manipulation.

23. Suspicious trading behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the use of arbitrage, churning, internal or external hedging, latency abuse, or any expert advisors (EAs) or strategies designed to exploit the promotion’s mechanics.

24. In the event of disqualification, VT Markets reserves the right to withhold or nullify any prizes awarded.

25. VT Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest or any of these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the Company’s website or notified via email.
