  • 1. Who is eligible for this promotion?

    Retail clients who created their first live trading account on and after 17 October 2025 and have not executed their first trade.

  • 2. How do I join 7 Days Protected Start?

    You must opt in via the Client Portal or VT Markets App before the 7-day period begins.

  • 3. How much do I need to deposit?

    A minimum of USD 200 is required to activate the Protected Start.

  • 4. How is the coverage calculated?

    If your first 7-day trading performance ends negative, you'll receive 20% of the net loss, capped at USD 50, returned as trading credits.

  • 5. Are trading credits withdrawable?

    No. Trading credits provided are non-withdrawable, which can be used for margin trading.

  • 6. What trades qualify?

    Only trades closed within your 7-day protected period are eligible. Each trade must be held for more than 3 minutes. Any withdrawal made between 17 Dec 2025 and 18 Jan 2026 will void eligibility.

    Only trades closed before 19 January 2026, 00:00 (GMT+2) will be counted.

  • 7. Can I participate more than once?

    No. Each eligible client may claim this promotion once, in accordance with the T&Cs.

  • 8. What if I forget to opt in?

    If you do not opt in via the Client Portal or App before your first trade, you will not qualify for protection. We strongly recommend opting in before you deposit or trade.
