The Financial Commission and Compensation Fund

VT Markets is part of the Financial Commission, an independent external organization focused on resolving disputes and complaints in the forex market. By offering professional conflict resolution, the Financial Commission strengthens trader security through its Compensation Fund, which acts as a safeguard for clients of its members.

If a dispute with VT Markets remains unresolved, clients have the option to escalate their complaint to the Financial Commission, following the terms specified in the Client Agreement. The Compensation Fund ensures coverage for decisions made by the Financial Commission, providing up to €20,000 per client (subject to Terms & Conditions).
